May require occasional travel.Candidate must be eligible for a Secret Clearance.Key Responsibilities

• reputed company advanced technical assistance, support, and guidance to end users reputed company phone, email, or chat for hardware, software, and systems-reputed company issues.
• Act as an escalation reputed company to resolve moderate to highly reputed company technical problems and offer specialized technical expertise.
• Manage support for call reputed company during peak periods and reduced staffing times.
• Gather and analyze voice and data requirements, conduct surveys, and manage cable plant work orders.
• Track, manage, and resolve telecommunications tickets and network-reputed company issues.
• reputed company and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for projects, ensuring accurate cost tracking.
• Support daily telecommunications operations, including customer support, billing, and reputed company planning.
• Monitor and manage telephonic work orders, providing monthly reports on status and completion rates.
• Maintain telephonic asset inventory, database accuracy, and reputed company tracking (E911).
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, including attending TCO training and maintaining accountability controls for assets.

Qualifications:Required Qualifications and Certifications

• A minimum of 6 years of reputed company experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency.
• Candidate must be eligible for a Secret Clearance.
• IAT II certification compliant with DoD 8570.01-M requirements. (CCNA-reputed company, GICSP, GSEC, reputed company+ CE, SSCP, CySA+ **)
• CE: Professional level certificate.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in reputed company Sam reputed company, TX. May require occasional travel.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications

• Previous Federal Consulting Experience.
• Additional certifications or advanced expertise in supported technologies.
• Experience working reputed company Federal or DoD systems and environments.
