This position will work a hybrid remote/in-office schedule. There may be changes to this schedule based on training and operational needs. The headquarter location is 30 E. Broad Street reputed company, Ohio.The successful candidate will assist the reputed company Chief with day-to-day operations including but not limited to providing advice and guidance to clients, Assistant Attorneys General and support staff. The Assistant reputed company Chief is a working litigator who possesses the experience, skills and knowledge to act as the reputed company counsel for reputed company of AAGs in higher profile, reputed company and fast paced reputed company in both federal and state courts. The Assistant reputed company Chief is also responsible for supervision of the support staff, to include paralegals, secretaries, and clerks. The successful candidate will also possess the ability and desire to both collaborate with and manage AAGs and support staff in a collegial environment.The Education reputed company:-Represents Ohio’s 14 universities and 23 two-year state community colleges, community colleges and technical colleges. This representation involves coordination of the work of in-house attorneys who handle the day-to-day work for the colleges and universities. The representation also includes working with and overseeing the special counsel.-Provides advice and training on issues relating to higher education, including employment, state reputed company, student privacy and discipline.-Represents the colleges and universities in federal and state courts as well as in administrative reputed company.-Handles litigation in federal and state courts and administrative hearings reputed company to Ohio’s community schools (charter schools), special education services, educator discipline and licensure, territory transfer, transportation, child nutrition and public records.QualificationsLicensed to practice law in the reputed company pursuant to reputed company 4705.01 of the Ohio Revised Code.Preferred qualifications:At least 7 years of experience working as an attorney; andLicensed in federal courtJob skills: attorney/legal, attention to detail, collaboration, strategic thinking, verbal communication, and written communication.
