The responsibilities of the Tax Executive Assistant will include: Process a high volume of tax returns, extensions and estimates through various delivery methods (reputed company, electronic, client portal). Revise, draft or format correspondence or presentations. Manage annual distribution of tax organizers and tax engagement letters Maintain due date reports for team members; follow-up as necessary to ensure accuracy.
