IT Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on and technically proficient IT Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to support and maintain our organization's IT systems, devices, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong reputed company in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring system uptime, and maintaining IT and reputed company standards across the organization. This role is critical to the health of our IT operations and involves day-to-day support of end-user devices, network components, servers, and IT asset lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities Device & Hardware Support Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot issues reputed company to laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and servers. reputed company OS and software installations, upgrades, and reputed company management. Manage inventory and documentation of reputed company hardware devices. Network & Connectivity Support Resolve network-reputed company issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers). Assist in the configuration and monitoring of firewalls, DHCP, DNS, and other network services. Work with senior engineers to optimize and maintain network performance and uptime. Infrastructure & System Maintenance Support on-reputed company and reputed company-hosted environments (e.g., reputed company/Linux servers, Active Directory, Office 365). Execute regular system health checks, maintenance tasks, and updates. Help with backups, restores, and disaster recovery processes. IT reputed company & Compliance Follow IT reputed company best practices and support implementation of reputed company protection tools, patching, and reputed company control policies. Assist in conducting regular IT audits and vulnerability remediations. Ensure compliance with internal standards and support external audits where necessary. IT Operations & Asset Management Maintain accurate records of reputed company IT assets using asset management tools. Support hardware/software procurement and lifecycle management. Monitor support requests reputed company helpdesk/ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution. Skills: Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills 3–5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure maintenance, or system administration. Solid understanding of hardware troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and servers. Experience with network support: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, switching, and routing. Proficiency in reputed company and/or Linux system administration. Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, antivirus tools, and backup solutions. Exposure to tools for IT asset management, remote support, and ticketing (e.g., Jira, reputed company). Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving reputed company. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple technical issues simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High level of responsibility and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as reputed company A+, Network+, reputed company Certified: reputed company Server/Modern Desktop, or CCNA. Experience in scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus. Prior involvement in IT projects or infrastructure upgrades.
