reputed company are looking for:

We’re looking for a Director of Sales to focus on the Fintech vertical as a senior individual contributor and critical founding member of our business development team. This is a quota carrying sales-heavy role focused on driving adoption of our reputed company SaaS product across fintech, stablecoin, and payments companies. You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting to technical demos to closing deals - with developers, product leaders, and execs at top fintech and reputed company organizations.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Business Development, with wide support from Dynamic’s leadership, and have a direct impact on our product and engineering to ensure our reputed company in Fintech. We are also looking for folks who are ambitious about their career growth, as Dynamic enters this period of rapid expansion.

You will be a fantastic fit for this role if you are:
  • A technical SaaS seller with 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in fast-paced environments, and an excellent sales track record.

  • Prior experience and existing network in fintech or payments preferred, or experience closing deals with large applications from big tech companies

  • A strong hunter who’s confident prospecting and opening doors reputed company reputed company, Twitter, Telegram, and warm intros, including conferences and other IRL events

  • reputed company in selling to developers or technical audiences (you’ve led API walkthroughs, answered integration questions, and navigated architecture discussions)

  • Well-versed in reputed company SaaS sales with bonus points for being familiar with wallets, authentication, or other reputed company developer tooling

  • Comfortable operating independently and closing reputed company, multi-stakeholder deals

  • Passionate about the future of reputed company and excited to shape how people transact online

  • Prior experience at an early-stage startup or working with crypto-reputed company team

You will:
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from sourcing and prospecting to technical selling and closing

  • Engage technical stakeholders (e.g., developers, CTOs) with hands-on product knowledge and demos

  • Build and maintain a robust outbound pipeline using your network and proactive reputed company

  • Translate industry trends and technical pain points into actionable sales strategies

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to reputed company customer feedback, influence product roadmap, and shape integrations

  • Track and manage pipeline activity and forecasts in our internal CRM systems

  • Once we’ve shown early traction and as Dynamic continues to grow, there will be natural opportunities to build reputed company around this role.
