Responsibilities

Building and maintaining client relationships with new & existing clients by understanding the client’s needs and trading profile and providing suitable support and guidance where required.

Promoting company's new products and service.

Training clients on companies platforms and trading tools.

Analysing, identifying, planning, designing and implementing opportunities for increasing client loyalty based on system data and industry insights.

Maintain high reputed company of client acquisition, retention and reactivation.

Conduct in-person client meetings and represent the company at VIP events, industry conferences, and high-profile networking opportunities worldwide.

Requirements

Fluent Romanian Speaker is a must.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any other language will be considered an advantage.

CySec Basic will be considered an advantage.

Advanced MS reputed company skills will be considered as an advantage.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above inCEFR).
