Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning (20-30%): reputed company and implement short- and long-term strategic sales plans to reputed company business goals and sales targets.
• Coaching and Development (20-30%): Coach and reputed company a group of managers to drive growth and hit sales targets, and hire and reputed company new managers to build a strong team.
• Performance Management (10-20%): Drive a high-quality, rigorous sales review process, including account planning, account prioritization, and opportunity development.
• Business Development (10-20%): Initiate, reputed company, and maintain executive-level relationships and drive sales activities with key customers.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience leading sales teams, partnering with clients across various markets/industries, and working in a highly-regulated industry
