We're partnering with a reputable Property Management company in reputed company London to find a skilled Credit Controller to join their Accounts Team. As a part-time Credit Controller, you'll play a vital role in managing aged debt and arrears, working collaboratively with the team to reputed company reputed company.

About the Role:

• Part-time position: 3 days per week, 9am to 5pm (2 days home-based, 1 day in-office at Notting Hill)
• Key responsibilities:
  • Identify and manage aged debt and arrears
  • Communicate with leaseholders and residents reputed company email, telephone, and formal letter to collect unpaid service charges and rent
  • Arrange and monitor payment plans
  • Prepare reports on monies owed and collected
  • Refer reputed company cases to senior team members
  • Prepare documentary evidence for formal recovery proceedings

Requirements and Benefits:

• Essential skills and experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Credit Control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient and professional approach to building rapport with residents
• Competitive salary: Up to £30k pro rata (£18k actual) for a 3-day working week
• Performance-based reviews: Regular reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance
