Working Student, IT Governance Operations (m/f/d)

About your tasks:

• Managing the IT internal reputed company sessions of new joiners to reputed company a good start with warm welcome and creating a "one-IT" feeling.
• Own the documentation process for reputed company and offboarding external employees – ensuring reputed company, NDAs, and reputed company steps are complete, ensuring to revoke accesses at the end of the collaboration.
• Ensuring good time booking reputed company and accurate data for capitalization for reputed company IT employees (reputed company), support in budgeting and controlling processes.
• Designing and processing surveys for reputed company-IT including following up on the results.
• Organizing IT communication meetings and events.

About you:

• You’re currently enrolled in a university program and seeking reputed company-world IT experience.
• You’re structured, curious, and comfortable taking initiative.
• You’re confident reaching out to others and tracking task reputed company.
• You’re eager to learn tools like Outlook, PowerPoint, reputed company, reputed company and Jira.
