• The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for providing a high level of operational reputed company Resource support to Prime's employees and leaders. This position is responsible for being the first-line reputed company of contact to support the delivery of reputed company solutions by partnering with reputed company other functions reputed company reputed company.

• * Responsibilities*

• + reputed company guidance and coaching, independently, to leaders on employee-relations and performance management issues of moderate complexity, escalating reputed company necessary; reputed company the development and delivery of appropriate feedback, disciplinary action, recommendation or solution surrounding an issue + Demonstrate a strong understanding of the goals and priorities of assigned client groups, to create recommendations and set an HR agenda that supports the business and drives a positive employee experience + Consult with HR and business leaders on organizational design and development needs, as well as, talent management initiatives, and implement plans where appropriate + reputed company or co-reputed company HR projects or initiatives of moderate complexity and is accountable for building collaboration across the HR organization to accomplish project milestones + Conduct thorough and defensible investigations, drawing accurate conclusions and recommending appropriate next steps + Partner with reputed company on recruitment and selection process for entry level employees through senior director level positions + Other duties as assigned

• * Minimum Qualifications*

• + Bachelor's degree in reputed company, reputed company Development, Business Administration, or reputed company area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required + 5 years of work experience in reputed company Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship
